At Hotel Makeover, we integrate the entire construction process into a turn-key mechanism where your designer, FF&E facilitator, logistics coordinator, onsite construction manager and all required trades focus their efforts daily and continuously as a team on the successful completion of your project. They work for you without separate agendas.

Our construction crews are in-house or dedicated sub contractors. Trades that must be licensed in your jurisdiction, such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, are carefully managed by your 24 hour per day onsite project manager.
